Thank you for supporting The Dyer Collection! Every candle is handcrafted with care and thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives safely at your door.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During holidays, seasonal launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is ever a delay, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more

  • Standard shipping rates for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Local Pickup

Live near the Raleigh area? We offer free local pickup in Apex, North Carolina.

Simply select Local Pickup at checkout, and we'll contact you within 24–48 hours to arrange a convenient pickup time.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each candle is handcrafted and made in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or cosmetic variations that naturally occur in handmade products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

Perfectly Imperfect Collection

Our Perfectly Imperfect Collection includes candles with minor cosmetic imperfections such as slight frosting, small air pockets, uneven tops, or other aesthetic variations.

These imperfections do not affect the candle's scent, safety, or burn performance.

Because these candles are offered at a discounted price, all Perfectly Imperfect Collection sales are final.

Candle Care

To get the most out of your candle:

  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.

  • Allow the wax to melt evenly across the top during the first burn to help prevent tunneling.

  • Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

  • Always burn on a heat-resistant surface.

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
